Bryan Persinger, DDS
Dr. Bryan Persinger has practiced dentistry since 1998. He is proud to be part of a practice that specifically makes a difference for his patients, not only by giving them outstanding dental care, but by creating an exceptional experience as well. Dr. Persinger and his team pay close attention to all patients’ needs, and work hard to exceed their expectations.
Dr. Persinger’s undergraduate degree was in mechanical engineering. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Though his formal education gave him an excellent foundation in the basics of dentistry, Dr. Persinger understands that the only way to provide top-level care is through continuing education.
He updates his training in many areas of advanced dentistry, including cosmetics, orthodontics and endodontics. He attended seminars and hands-on courses with The Hornbrook Group and PAC-Live Aesthetic Continuum. In 2016, Dr. Persinger graduated from the prestigious Kois Center located in Seattle, Washington. A premier post-graduate program, the mission of the Kois Center is to deliver the latest advances in esthetics, implants and restorative dentistry. Dr. Persinger feels this education enables him to deliver the highest level of care to our patients.
Originally from the small town of Hartville in northeast Ohio, Dr. Persinger moved to Charlotte in 1998 and has spent the past decade in Cornelius. He and his wife Tracie have been married for more than 25 years. They have a daughter Madeline, a son Justin, and a goldendoodle named Cali.
The family stays active by boating, playing tennis, riding dirt bikes, and skiing. Dr. Persinger’s passion is mountain biking: He can often be found on the many excellent trails around the area!
Kathryn Kruskamp, DDS
Dr. Kruskamp graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina Dental School at Chapel Hill after attending Purdue University. She practiced family and cosmetic dentistry in Greensboro for five years before joining Branchview Dental Care. She has dedicated her professional career to providing her patients with the highest level of personalized, comfortable and affordable care.
Dr. Kruskamp enjoys patients of all ages. She has completed post-graduate coursework in general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Kruskamp is a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
The doctor and her husband, John, have two children, Jillian and Karson. The Kruskamps’ hobbies include traveling, family time playing board games and doing puzzles. They also enjoy the ocean and Dr. Kruskamp is a certified scuba diver.
Leighton Kennedy, DMD
Dentistry is a great combination of science and art, and that suits Dr. Kennedy’s strengths. She is committed to providing patients with a comfortable environment and comprehensive oral health, which allows them to look good, feel healthy, and be confident they are making good decisions about their oral health care. Dr. Kennedy relishes the interactions she has with her patients and finds great joy in making connections with members of her community.
Dr. Kennedy’s interest in dentistry was sparked when she was an adolescent. Although she had healthy teeth, she also had a number of aesthetic challenges. Her dentist and orthodontist made a huge impact on her appearance and, as a result, her self-confidence. Dr. Kennedy decided she would like to have the chance to make a similar impact in other people’s lives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from Salem College, and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where she graduated summa cum laude as class valedictorian.
Now, as a practicing dentist, Dr. Kennedy participates in the Kois Center for Continuing Education Curriculum. This is an ongoing graduate program for dentists in active practice, where they may learn advanced techniques and expand their knowledge in the field to achieve the highest levels of technical skill and information, supported by the most current research and scientific systems. Dr. Kennedy is passionate about continuing education, because it enables her to be the best possible provider for her patients.
Born in Santa Monica, California, Dr. Kennedy moved with her family to Greensboro when she was seven. She has lived in Cornelius for the past decade. Dr. Kennedy and her husband Nathan have a son Douglas and daughter James, who provide her with the most amazing education in life and perspective on the world.
Dr. Kennedy loves living in and exploring the Lake Norman area, and enjoying the outdoors in beautiful North Carolina weather. She and her husband especially love to visit the coast, and find great restaurants or search for hidden treasures in antique shops. They also enjoy taking on creative home renovation projects. Dr. Kennedy’s true passion is playing with her children and watching them learn and grow.
Bradley Conway, DMD
Dr. Bradley Conway provides patients at Branchview Dental Care with exceptional oral surgery care. For Dr. Conway, the dental profession provides him with a challenging and rewarding career that allows him the opportunity to heal, alleviate pain, rehabilitate, and improve people’s oral health. He is touched and affected by his wonderful patients and humbled by the opportunity to serve them.
Dr. Conway earned his Bachelor of Science at Liberty University. He pursued post-baccalaureate studies at the University of Georgia before attending dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Conway participates in continuing education to stay abreast of the most up-to-date procedures and treatment methodologies that are supported by clinical findings and literature. This allows him to offer his patients the best treatment options with predictable outcomes for their specific dental situation and needs. His most recent studies have involved implants, anesthesia, medical emergencies, and fixed prosthodontics.
His professional affiliations include: The American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Conway is originally from Gainesville, Georgia, and currently resides in Huntersville. His wife Ashley is finishing her dissertation to complete her Doctor of Musical Arts in choral conducting. They have a daughter Amelia and two cats named Muffin and Peaches.
In his free time, Dr. Conway enjoys modifying and detailing cars. He has owned and modified numerous vehicles, including three Mustangs, three Subaru WRXs, and a few Fords. He also enjoys watching auto racing, mainly rally racing, Formula One, and off-road trucks. Dr. Conway’s additional hobbies include mountain and road biking and bowling.
Dr. Conway believes it is important to give back to one’s community and help those in need or encourage growth and foster development within the community. He has enjoyed and participated in numerous dental outreach programs, such as Give Kids a Smile, Mission of Mercy, and various other independent events. In addition, he and his wife support musical arts education and outreach programs in the community.
Rebecca Salzman, DDS
Dr. Rebecca Salzman is a compassionate dental professional who is eager to help care for Branchview Dental Care’s growing family of patients in Concord and the surrounding area. She is proud to bring her repertoire to our team & community. Her expertise includes advanced training in esthetic dentistry and treating patients living with disabilities. These are just a few of the many services she looks forward to providing our family of patients.
Dr. Salzman earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California. She then attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. To hone her skill set and study specialty fields like implants, oral surgery, root canals and pediatric dentistry, Dr. Salzman pursued a general practice residency at Christiana Care in Wilmington, Delaware.
She also regularly takes continuing education courses in an effort to stay at the forefront of dental innovations, so she can always offer the latest and greatest standards of care for her patients. Additionally, Dr. Salzman has published three scientific research papers on drug-resistant malaria for the National Institute of Health.

Dr. Salzman recently moved to the Charlotte area with her fiancé. They are both excited to make their new home in the warm climate and lovely outdoors of North Carolina.
During her time away from work, she does yoga, hikes, bikes and cooks. Dr. Salzman loves engaging her mind in creative pursuits, and she has painted five murals throughout her life. One of her most prominent works can be found in the Ontario Public Library in Ontario, California.
Dr. Salzman is dedicated to bettering the community and the world. During her studies at the University of Maryland, she twice visited Rwanda with other healthcare workers to make a difference in the lives of the impoverished and underprivileged. She also participated in Mission of Mercy charitable community healthcare events in Maryland.
Marlene Beeson, DDS
Dr. Marlene Beeson brings a wealth of experience and advanced dental knowledge to the Branchview Dental Care team. She is committed to building trust and providing care in a compassionate and personable manner. She also enjoys educating patients about how improving their oral health contributes to overall health and well-being.
For Dr. Beeson, dentistry is the perfect combination of art and medicine. From a young age, she enjoyed painting and drawing. As she furthered her studies in college, her desire to positively impact others’ health began her path toward dentistry.
Growing up in the western suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Beeson enjoyed the extremes of all four seasons, even an appreciation for negative wind chills! She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Elmhurst College and her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2006. Dr. Beeson also completed a General Practice Residency at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. She is a member of the American Dental Association and North Carolina Dental Society.
Dr. Beeson believes learning is a lifelong journey and continually increases her knowledge through continuing education in periodontics, pedodontics, oral surgery, implant surgery, and treating medically compromised patients. She believes that the best dental care heavily relies on communication, patience, understanding, and compassion.
In her spare time, you can find her outside: hiking, camping, and backpacking! You can also find her reading a great fiction novel, practicing hot yoga, or exploring the Charlotte area when out of the office. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, sometimes with great success and sometimes just being grateful it is edible!
She is very excited about her recent relocation to Charlotte and is enjoying the warm weather and southern hospitality!
